Shipping…

  • Conditions that apply for shipments outside of Canada, oversized goods, etc.
  • If the order generated on the Amazarts online store requires delivery outside of Canada or in regions far from the major centers of Canada, shipping, customs clearance and applicable taxes will apply. Shipping is free for Canadian destinations, except for regions far from major Canadian centers, i.e. among others, regions of the far North, etc.
  • Oversized goods, overweight goods, and goods may incur additional fees. If fees apply, a representative will contact you either by phone or email to discuss the available shipping options and to inform you of the applicable amount for delivery charges. You can either accept or refuse them. If you accept them, the representative will give you instructions to pay them. If you refuse them, Amazarts will refund you the full amount you paid when you ordered.
  • Amazarts disclaims any obligation to provide a product that would be ordered and whose availability is no longer possible, even if it was still posted on the site.
  • As soon as the availability of your order is confirmed and your payment authorized, we prepare your order and send it to you. If an item is not available, we will contact you to notify you of the delay it could cause and you will have the possibility to cancel your order. You will not be billed for undelivered items.
  • When the order has been confirmed, delivery will be made by Purolator or another Shipper and will take place between 3 to 14 business days for most cities in Canada. Delivery is made only on business days and does not include weekends and statutory holidays. If you place an order overnight, the order will be processed and confirmed within 24 hours, the next working day.
  • Note that a 20% restocking fee will apply for any return of products ordered in error or that you do not find to meet your expectations.

Returns

  • The customer is strongly advised to unpack and check the goods in the presence of the carrier and to report any possible damage. The customer can only make a reservation in the event of delivery not in accordance with the order or in the event of deterioration. In this case, the delivery note must be annotated and the delivery refused. Any refusal of delivery must be reported by email to Amazarts.
  • Amazarts will accept returned products for a 20% restocking fee, in addition to transportation costs for the return to our warehouse located in Lachine, Quebec, Canada, or to any other appropriate location chosen by Amazarts. All items must be in the original packaging and acceptable for resale. A request should be sent to info@amazarts.com. It is important to complete the RMA request with your contact details, indicating the reason for the return, the product code (s) and the corresponding invoice number. Product codes appear on your invoice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any request for return of goods after more than 7 days following the delivery date. Discontinued items will not be accepted for return. Once your request is approved, we will tell you where to send the goods. Credit notes will only be issued upon receipt and after inspection of returned goods.
  • For any return of goods to Amazarts, either for a refund, a repair or a replacement of equipment, it is absolutely necessary to make a prior authorization request by email to obtain a return number (RMA). The only returns accepted will be those that have been damaged during transport. In this case, we will require a photo of the damaged package as well as the form from Purolator or another carrier on which the damage will be described and signed by the delivery person.
